MGD Team

MGD is made up of a team of junior to senior lawyers, law clerks and support staff. This gives us the ability to provide
affordable services to all. We have lawyers who accept Legal Aid certificates and junior lawyers who take carriage of their
own files, with mentorship by the senior lawyers. Junior lawyers can also assist senior lawyers with drafting and simple court
appearances to keep legal fees more affordable.

We also have experienced law clerks who are extremely knowledgeable about the family law process who can assist with answering procedural questions, helping you with your financial disclosure, and drafting court documents and support calculations. Our combined years of experience and knowledge give us the ability to handle straightforward up to the most complex cases with confidence.
